Support needed to help the voice migrations go smoothly by coordinating with site contacts, end users, engineers and service providers. Operational support will be need to test tools and help clients with minor voice issues. Role will include transition of tasks to service provider in Q3/Q4 2021.
- Create and distribute end user communications for voice platform migration
- Answer end user tickets and questions during the voice platform migration
- Triage voice escalations to MSP and the clients engineers
- Create monthly voice reports
- Test voice tools
- Coordinate migration dates with site contacts
- Coordinate phone removal at site level
- Help with service provider transition
