- Coordination of all the technical activities ongoing including maintenance, Clients scopes and upgrades
- Participation in meeting with Clients and potential Customers and active participation of upselling of the products and services
- Liaison with external and internal stakeholders

- Technical project management experience
- Self-driven and proactive approach
- Experience in drilling, oil&gas or maritime industry
- Stakeholder management and delegation skills are key to success in this position
- Able to build partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
- Able to develop and deliver multi-code communication that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
- Able to step up to address difficult issues, saying what needs to be said
- Able to create a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives
- High level of flexibility required for new tasks and priorities in a fast-changing environment
- Experience in engineering, shipbuilding, offshore projects or similar relevant multidiscipline
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Business acumen and strong customer focus
- Very good written and spoken English
- Bachelor’s Engineering degree or similar
- You are comfortable with 15% annual travel
