Our Customer Success team is looking for a Customer Success Advisor to support the late shifts in the customer care area!
- respond to enquiries and educate our Customers on our products by chat and email
- troubleshoot problems for Customers
- coordinate solutions with IT and management
- help our Customers build successful businesses
- have excellent language skills in English (at least C1 level); any additional language such as Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, German, French or Italian would be an asset
- are ready to work late shifts: 3 PM-11 PM and 11PM-7AM
- have online marketing acumen and preferably some technical background
- are open to new experiences and ready to acquire new information at a fast pace
- have the ability to easily handle a number of interactions at the same time
- have superior verbal and written communication skills and are ready to master your speed-typing skills
- are an outgoing “people person” with an upbeat attitude
